How do I reset my password?
Click Forgotten password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Can I use my Contensis log in to access Insytful?
You can use your Contensis help desk credentials to access Insytful.
But you cannot use your CMS log in, as it is unique to the Contensis CMS.
Scanning
Can I rescan single pages before my following full website scan takes place?
Yes, you can rescan single pages before your next full website scan.
Single-page scans allow users to make changes in their CMS and see the change in Insytful before the next full scan. Your site score will dynamically update when single pages are scanned.
Can I force a scan of my whole website?
Users cannot force a scan of their website, but individual pages can be rescanned as part of the fair usage terms of use policy.
Insytful is a "set it and forget it" site audit application. Once you have added your site domain, it will be scheduled for a scan on either a monthly or weekly basis.
Can I request a scan of our website outside of the monthly scan allowance?
With good reason, premium subscription (Plus or Enterprise) users can request a website scan outside of their usual scan schedule.
Can I scan my site more than once a month?
Premium subscription users can scan their website weekly if they wish.
Weekly scans incur an additional 25% charge to the annual subscription.
Billing
How do I update my payment details?
Account administrators have access to edit payment details in settings.
Go to Settings > Account to edit your billing address.
Go to Settings > Usage to see which plan you are on.
Go to Settings > Pricing to update your subscription details.
What happens if my subscription expires?
When an Insytful subscription expires, your account will revert to our free plan.
The free plan has limited page scanning and feature access. Contact us if you would like to reactivate your premium subscription.
Support
Can anyone raise a help desk ticket?
Raising a help desk ticket is permissions based. If you would like to be granted access to the help desk, you will need to request your administrator updates your permissions.
